Babu88 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Where a specific product or promotion has its own terms, those terms apply alongside these general Terms. In case of conflict, the product-specific or promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular matter.

To register and use Babu88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Babu88 is strictly an adult platform. We take age verification seriously and will request proof of age at any point during your membership.
• You must be a real individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agent accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your real full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from Babu88 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to re-register while under a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may only hold one active Babu88 account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function or contact support — do not create a new account. Duplicate accounts will be detected and closed, and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited.

Babu88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. For routine play at moderate transaction levels, basic mobile number OTP verification at registration is sufficient. However, Babu88 may request full identity verification at any time, and verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds.

When requested, you must provide the following documents promptly:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back). The name and details on your CNIC must match your Babu88 account information exactly.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation that the Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Additional Documents: Babu88 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where enhanced due diligence is required, including a selfie holding your CNIC.

Until verification is complete, Babu88 may place a hold on withdrawal requests. Verification is not a punishment — it protects you and ensures your winnings can only be paid to you. Most verifications on Babu88 are completed within 24 hours of document submission.

All financial transactions on Babu88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Babu88 supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposit minimums, maximums and processing times vary by method and are detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your Babu88 account.
• Babu88 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, it will be reversed and the account reviewed.
• Deposits are credited to your Babu88 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this is typically within 30–60 seconds. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to two hours.
• Babu88 charges no fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by method. Please refer to the payments page for current limits.

Babu88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following rules govern withdrawal requests from all members:

• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal must return to the same Easypaisa account.
• The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the name registered on your Babu88 account and your CNIC exactly. Mismatched names will result in withdrawal holds pending verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method. Babu88 charges no withdrawal fees on any supported payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Babu88 payments team. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within one to four hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
• Withdrawals of amounts above Rs 50,000 may require completed identity verification (Section 3) before processing begins. Members are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.
• Babu88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms. Any withheld withdrawal will be investigated promptly and the member informed of the outcome.

Babu88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and jackpot slot promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The Babu88 welcome bonus (currently 100% match up to Rs 50,000) applies to your first qualifying deposit only, made within the specified window after registration. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Bonus Funds vs Real Money: When your account contains both real money and bonus funds, real money is typically used first for bets. Remaining bonus funds are only withdrawable once wagering requirements are satisfied.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined, you may only hold one active bonus at a time on your Babu88 account. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may forfeit the previous bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonuses — including using multiple accounts, placing matched bets with a related party to clear requirements, or patterned low-risk betting designed solely to meet wagering without genuine play — is prohibited. Babu88 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abuse and to close the accounts involved.
• Promotion Cancellation: Babu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with notice. Bonuses already active and partially wagered at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms for a reasonable completion window.

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on Babu88, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, esports and all other covered events:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, odds are locked in and cannot be renegotiated.
• Babu88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly for very large stakes, unusual betting patterns or suspected advantage play.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — where displayed odds are clearly the result of a technical or human error and are materially different from fair market odds — Babu88 reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds and return the stake to the member's account.
• Match and event results are determined from official sources. For cricket, the result follows the official umpire decision and any subsequent DRS review where applicable. For PSL specifically, the official PCB result confirmation is used.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned, suspended or declared void by the governing body, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise (e.g., if sufficient play has occurred for the result to stand as per the relevant sport's regulations).
• Live betting: Odds during in-play betting on Babu88 may be temporarily suspended while key events (wickets, goals, video reviews) are being resolved. Bets placed on suspended markets will be refused. Once the market reopens, new bets can be placed at the updated odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Members with very high potential returns on a single bet or accumulator may have their stake limited to ensure total payout does not exceed Babu88's exposure limits.

All casino and jackpot slot games available on Babu88 are provided by licensed third-party software developers and use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG systems. Babu88 does not control individual game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any spin, hand or round.
• Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages across millions of rounds. They do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.
• For progressive jackpot games, the jackpot is funded by a percentage of each qualifying bet placed across the network. Jackpot eligibility conditions (including minimum bet requirements) are displayed in each game's information panel. Babu88 is not responsible for jackpot prizes that are not awarded due to a member's failure to meet the eligibility requirements.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that disrupts a round in progress, the affected round is voided and the stake is returned to the member's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will not be paid. Babu88's technical team investigates all reported malfunctions.
• Demo mode is available on most Babu88 casino games for practice purposes. Progressive jackpots cannot be won in demo mode.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Babu88. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal referral:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability for financial gain. Members who discover a vulnerability are required to report it to Babu88 support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate match outcomes, game results or betting patterns.
• Using the Babu88 platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime activity. Any suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to Babu88. Chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks are permanently closed.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Babu88 staff or other members through any communication channel.

Babu88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help members maintain control of their activity. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases apply after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure on-screen reminders at regular intervals showing your session time and net wagering activity.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before the platform restricts further play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from Babu88. Self-exclusions are actioned within one business day and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Babu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or association with illegal conduct.
• A member's own request to close their account or self-exclude.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months may be classed as dormant. An administration fee may apply to dormant accounts with balances below a threshold, as specified in any dormant account policy published separately.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Babu88 will review any remaining balance. Verified real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach may be returned at Babu88's discretion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

All content on the Babu88 platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content and interface — is owned by or licensed to Babu88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose as a member.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Babu88 content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of Babu88's intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Babu88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.
• Babu88 is not liable for any losses arising from: network outages, device or software failures on your end, delays caused by third-party payment providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, political disruptions, or regulatory changes).
• Babu88's total liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount of the member's deposits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Babu88 is not responsible for any tax liability you may incur on winnings in your own jurisdiction. Members are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits Babu88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Babu88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify members via on-site notification or email to the registered address on your Babu88 account. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Babu88 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
